Sales & Occupancy taxes and gratuities are not included.
Discounts for full and mid-week stays.

                                                Quiet Season     November 1 - April 30
                                                Mid Season       May 1 - June 14 and September 18 - October 31
                                                Inn Season        June 15 - September 17 and Holiday Weekends

All rooms have a a 3-night weekend minimum July, August, holiday's
and AVP Weekend (June 20-22).
In addition, the following minimums apply.

Swan Suite, Sandpiper Suite, and Blue Heron have
a 2-night minimum weekends September through June.

Goldfinch, Hummingbird, Oriole and Osprey and Skimmer have a
2-night minimum weekends in June and September.
